A Magnet for GenZ

Lead generation constitutes a major part of our work, irrespective of the client we are catering to. It goes without saying that we have expertise in generating leads among students. We frequently tie-up with events targeted towards Gen Z. A Comedy Festival was being held for the first time in the city of joy and the organizers were slightly wary about the success and feasibility of the project when they approached our team. Organizing events in colleges and getting students excited is what we love to do and this was no different.

We first started by building excitement around the event by introducing “2 for 1” tickets for students. The offer required the students to register and then they would get a unique code which they could use when the tickets went live. The code was valid for only 200 tickets. To build the excitement we took help of the local comedians and called MC Sid to spread the word (undercover) around the cafe’s and restaurants of Kolkata. This was an instant hit, with people registering on the spot for the show. Similar activities were planned both online and offline.


We received 2600 registrations for the 200 discounted tickets which sold out in 16 minutes of the tickets going live.

Out of the 5 shows, 3 were over sold out with people requesting for seats. This was despite a big name pulling out of the event.

No show witnessed less than 80% footfall.

Times of India covered the event and dedicated two full pages to the show.
